Returns and Exchanges
Please email us at email@example.com to facilitate your return. Include the name on the order, along with the order number, and the name of the items you are returning. Our customer care team will respond with a returns form along with your RA number.
You can return unwanted items to us within 14 days after delivery to you provided:
- All items are in their original, unwashed and unworn conditions.
- All items show no obvious signs of use from for example, make up stains, deodorant, perfume, and other.
- All items including shoes have Kikay tags and be in their original undamaged Kikay box along with a completed returns form.
- When shipping items, Kikay boxes must be shipped inside a separate protective box.
- Damaged boxes are subject to 15% restocking fee which will be taken out of your return.

Once you have received confirmation that your return has been received, please allow 1-2 business days for your returns to be processed. If your return is accepted, all refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used within 5-7 business days.
- We reserve the right to reject your return if it does not meet the criteria listed above.
- Sale items and items purchased during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return
- Items may only be returned with a valid Returns Authority number (RA#)
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us
- Make sure that you are protected from lost or stolen parcels by using a tracked and insured method of postage for your returns
We do not currently offer exchanges. We recommend returning unwanted items back to us and placing a new order once your refund is received.
